Checkout glitch estimates delivery yesterday

eBay staff on various forums have been made aware of the problem but don’t seem yet to have any information regarding a fix. One PowerSeller support rep actually told a seller that the one day delivery information came from the Royal Mail website. I’m fairly certain the RM website doesn’t say anywhere that parcels will be delivered the day before they were dispatched however.
At this time of year with delivery times becoming more critical, it’s a glitch eBay need to fix as a matter of urgency, and if it can’t be fixed immediately, the estimated delivery time needs to be removed until it *is* fixed. For sellers, in the meantime, communicating with buyers about actual delivery times becomes more crucial than ever.
For any sellers who do wish to stick to the suggested delivery schedule, you can purchase your tardis on eBay.

It isn’t coming from Royal Mail because I got exactly the same thing a few days ago as a buyer of something UPS Ground.

Just bought some postage labels from an eBayer – Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and it’s STILL showing as delivery within -1 day.

#3 same here.
I have emailed all my customers just pointing out the error, one of them actually believed it and asked where the item was
my item specific’s state postage details contrary to what eBay pinks are stating about it
“Good morning,
Our technical team is working on the fix for this issue. Unfortunately I don’t have a date yet. This issue happens if the seller’s dispatch time has not been specified and the postage service does not have a delivery time associated with it (like Seller Standard Rate).”
Load of old pony, and its still knackered.

#4 That email, so funny. As if it’s the combined fault of sellers and their delivery service that eBay have messed it up.
