Any seller worth their salt is going to include the P&P and the increase in fees in the price of the item. The mind boggles at what mathmatical formulas sellers will have to use to try and work out a combined P&P rate so that they don't lose out on the fees element. There will be some pin money sellers who either won't understand or won't care so bargains will still exist, but sellers with any brain will see this move as a fee hike.
