What Featured Immediately does is to give it a shot of being at the top of Best Match for a while so that buyers can see it - if it's a good deal and they buy from your listing then from then on it'll be promoted accordingly as a desirable listing so yes - a legal way to game Best Match, but one you have to pay for.
