This is the first time they have goofed up and they were only trying to make people aware of a new PayPal voucher, if anyone bothered to read the terms and conditions they would have known if it would work for them. There is hundreds of forums online where people share these vouchers, yet no one complains when those vouchers don't work. One small mess up in years of free ebay tools, Goofbay still rocks. Goofbay’s Tools have saved me a small fortune over the last year.

This is the first time they have goofed up and they were only trying to make people aware of a new PayPal voucher, if anyone bothered to read the terms and conditions they would have known if it would work for them.
