Are you boycotting eBay on May 1st?
by Sue Bailey
Sellers are threatening to boycott eBay because of fee rises and rule changes which they say favour big business and will dismantle the site’s give-and-take “community†element. … A worldwide one-day boycott of eBay … is being organised for May 1 and British users of the site are among those intent on implementing it.
(from The Times)
Are you striking? If so, why? If not, why not? Leave us a comment.

No I won’t be striking. Ebay won’t care if I do or don’t.
To be honest I am really tired of ebay. It’s sooo much work compared to other venues.
The Queen of the May and her fairies, have more chance of turning up on may the 1st ,and taking me out on the lash,
than I have of going on strike

You are so right North! She is currently on a cruise around the carribean and won’t be back until May Bank Holiday.
Boycott, what boycott?
eBay has never been better for me.
The Chinese dropshippers are disappearing, I’ve increased my prices and I’m selling more. The new search is working.
My selling percentage has increased from 40% to 76%
I have had only one missing parcel in all of March and April where I usually have 2/3 a week.
I’ve embraced the changes and I’ve seen compelling results.
Whilst we may aswell be boycotting the effort required to shut off and turn back on all the automation etc isnt worth it, when it is turned off it will be turned off for good and we havnt quite met that point yet
Norf,
The Queen of the May and her fairies have just been on the phone: where and when shall we pick you up for that long overdue piss up? ;o)
But seriously though, there must be striker out there?
