I list items in my store all night long. Too bring attention to them I try to end my auctions on sunday, Monday & Wednesday evenings. They seem to be the best for me

[...] Think about your whole catalogue If you do identify a ‘hotspot’ it’s time to exploit it. Do some of your items ending at a particular time do especially well? If so you can use them to channel traffic to your other listings and your Shop. Use your ‘hero listings’ as signposts to other lines and your Shop by using the full gamut of merchandising tools available. Read the comments on Tamebay. [...]

It's also worth considering external factors such as big football games or national events.

I bagged a brand new Digital camera on Xmas day lunchtime for £41 - the same seller had them on BIN's for £129, and was simply using 3 day automated relisted auctions as shop signposts.

I had been watching this sellers' listings for a few days and noticed the auction prices were dropping the closer to Xmas it got, but by Boxing day the auction prices were back up around £110-£120 mark!

Oh, and don't forget that times of year make a difference. Summer buyers are in general a lot later in the evening than winter buyers.
