Good news – it really is fixed now! (At least my PayPal account is working again!)

So problems started before 9.00am this morning and eventually resolved at 23.45pm…. Not a good day for PayPal

Auctionbytes has reported the issues are fixed, as has the .com system board. Sadly all functionality still hasn't been resolved (eg PayPal history tab) and a further announcement has been made that they're working on the problem again!
