I guess it just goes to show that Checkout *is* too young to be even considered for eBay yet. Kinda hard to have it in the US only. I'm surprised they haven't rolled it out further considering how much investment they're throwing at the US market with free processing for sellers and $10 bungs to entice buyers to use it. Just wanted to respond to your post and point out that Google Checkout is not available in the UK.

Whilst it is of course available in the US, the US version cannot process GBP and additionally, as a UK merchant, ChannelAdvisor UK Ltd is not eligible.

As a result, it is not possible for us to offer a Google Checkout payment option on our UK event website.

(We do, however, offer it as a payment option for our US Catalyst event – http://www.channeladvisor.com/catalyst)

Those clamouring for checkout are claiming that buyers want choice, in which case surely companies largely in favour of checkout should be first to provide that choice?
