This one&#039;s been kicked around for ages but it&#039;s the first time I&#039;ve seen it tested live.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My view is that for transactions where a seller does a great job buyers won&#039;t bother to rate. For transactions where for whatever reason a buyer is unhappy they&#039;ll mark down on the ratings which could influence the overall pos/neut/neg choice that they leave. Either way we Brits love to complain, and given half a chance we will but we&#039;re no where near as good at giving praise.</description>
