This one's been kicked around for ages but it's the first time I've seen it tested live.<br /><br />My view is that for transactions where a seller does a great job buyers won't bother to rate. For transactions where for whatever reason a buyer is unhappy they'll mark down on the ratings which could influence the overall pos/neut/neg choice that they leave. Either way we Brits love to complain, and given half a chance we will but we're no where near as good at giving praise. Arrgghhh! Hate the idea!
